PRefChem

Pengerang Refining Company Sdn Bhd and Pengerang Petrochemical Company Sdn Bhd, collectively known as PRefChem, represent a strategic joint venture between two of the world's most prominent national oil companies: Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS), Malaysia's national oil company, and Saudi Aramco, Saudi Arabia's national oil company. PRefChem is responsible for the Refinery and Petrochemical Complex, a vital component of the Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC) located in the southern state of Johor in Malaysia.

JIMAH

Jimah Venture Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of 1Malaysia Development Berhad that operates and maintains power plants. The company is responsible for the operation of the Jimah Power Station, which is located in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. The power station consists of two 700 MW coal-fired generating units that were completed in 2009. The total construction cost was 6.1 billion Malaysian ringgits, equivalent to approximately 1.5 billion USD. The plant is operated by Jimah Energy Ventures Sdn Bhd, a special purpose company formed to develop, own and operate the plant.
